I'm trying to update my 2011 MacBook pro from OS X 10.7.5 to the latest version Sierra.
Basically the install won't finish and gets stuck on a page with an apple logo and loading bar (see photo). I've tried all of the recovery mode stuff and restarting the Sierra install. For some reason I can't just go back and reinstall 10.7.5 because Sierra is now installed on to my Hard Drive?
Jan 29, 2012 The trial doesn't normally contain the update, which makes me suspect you actually downloaded just the update and hence when you go to install that, it can't find a version of office 2011 installed. Did you go to the downloads section on officeformac.com - if so the options there are only for updates and do not contain the trial. Downloading the MPC 2.8 Update. If you already have the MPC 2.0 software installed, the easiest way to download the update is to open the software. As long as your computer is connected to the internet, you will receive an automatic notification about the 2.8 update and the option to download.
I also had about 30gb of free disk space.
Jul 13, 2020 When the adware gets installed on your MAC system without your knowledge, it is not easy to uninstall. In most cases, there is no Uninstall application which simply remove the PromoteMethod adware software from your Apple Mac. So, we suggest using well-proven free specialized tool such as MalwareBytes Anti-Malware (MBAM).
This is really annoying me as I am a music producer and heavily rely on my laptop.
I'm also worried about my data being lost?
Can anyone please help?
